Binoy's School of Symphonic Music was started in the year 2007 in Surrey. BC. Canada to teach a wide range of musical intruments and courses.

The special feature is that students are taught one-on-one exclusively,thereby ensuring that all the specfic and individual learning needs are more than adequately met.

Composing, performing and appraising for the British Curriculum, key stages 1,2,,3 and 4 at International School of Hyderabad.(ICRISAT).India

 Arranging, transposing and harmonizing music for bands. Forming, teaching and conducting brass and woodwind bands, ensembles, symphonic and marching bands at Hyderabad, India.

                               Andhra Pradesh State Police Bands.India

Taught special courses in music for the brass, woodwind and percussion bands of The Andhra Pradesh State Police, India.Taught and conducted police Bands of various units. Have advised and taught the AP Police symphonic Band and was felicitated by the Chief Minister. Was appointed to judge the all India Police bands competition in 2006.Taught and conducted various AP State Police bands for more than 15 years to play for the outdoor sunrise Easter services of the Methodist church which has a congregation for more than four thousand people.Played the police tubular bells (chimes) for special occasions. I have also sung bass with the police choirs on Commemoration day parades.

                                                     Schools Bands

Have formed, taught and conducted Brass, woodwind and percussion bands in various schools at Hyderabad, India, including International School of Hyderabad, (ICRISAT). Bands of this school have played for school and social functions for more than 18 years with me.

Nasr School, khairtabad, Hyderabad. Have formed and taught the bands in this school for 23 years. These bands have played for various school progammes like investiture ceremonies and sports days .The band was acknowledged and commended by chief guests from The Air force, IAS officers, Police officers and other dignitaries.

The band also performed in many Andhra Pradesh state functions like International film festivals and inauguration of municipal parks. The school band played at the closing ceremony of the 50^th Independence Day celebrations at tank bund. Was honoured by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for teaching this band. A band from this school also played at the Traffic Police commandos parade at the police stadium and at other State and cultural programs and at various Interschool sports meets  at The Lal Bahadur stadium.

 St Georges Grammar Girls School, Abids , Hyderabad. Have formed and taught this school’s brass, percussion and woodwind marching bands and a symphonic band for 6 years. The marching bands have played for investiture ceremonies, Independence Days, Republic days and sports days.

The symphonic band plays for stage programmes and has earned laurels for itself by playing a demanding mixed repertoire of various genre for the school’s 175 year celebrations in December 2009.

                                 Church Music and Voice training.

Taught Solo singing and Choirs in SATB harmony.

Played the organ, taught and conducted a 80-voice choir and 16 member ensemble at Centenary Methodist English Church, Hyderabad for more than 20 years. Have sung and acted in Operas, Cantatas, and Oratorios with the Hyderabad Minstrels, AP Gibbs choir and with “Festival Choristers”. I have played the Tubular bells for Gandhi Jayanthi Programmes and for Christmas Programmes of The Festival choristers.

 Have taught and conducted the choirs of the Stanley Girls Inter College and Stanley Degree College for Women for 4 years.

 Braille music. Taught reading and playing from Braille music and writing Braille music both in India and Canada.

 ICT-Music Have taught ICT music for the British Curriculum at International School of Hyderabad. Have also taught using software like Finale and Sibelius to compose, notate and appraise music in India and Canada.

 Worked at International School of Hyderabad (ICRISAT) for 22 years teaching music for Key stages 1,2,3,and 4 of  The British Curriculum for all the grades from pre-school right up to IGCSE, Cambridge University UK. I have also taught choirs, instrumental classes and presented a number of annual musical productions for the school.
